The project aimed to modernize customer interaction by creating a reliable mobile channel for managing services and invoices. The objective was to simplify access, improve financial transparency, and enhance the overall user journey for Alhadathah’s subscribers.
Achievement
Design and development of the official Alhadatha mobile application, delivering a seamless and user-friendly digital experience for Internet service customers. The app enables comprehensive account and service management, including viewing and updating account details, tracking invoices, submitting service requests, managing support tickets, and reviewing transaction history. It also features real-time notifications and account updates, transparent financial tracking, and direct communication with the support team. Built with a focus on intuitive UI/UX and high performance, the platform enhances user efficiency, convenience, and overall customer experience.
